We know as you go out and conquer the world, sleep becomes a very important commodity. You need it to get through the day. But maybe you’d be willing to skip a few minutes to an hour of sleep for some morning nookie.
Instead of waiting until the evening when you’re exhausted from the trials of the day, get it while you’re still fresh. It might do you more good than you expect. This is what scientists had to say about morning sex over at Your Tango:
After all, scientists say that people who start their days by having sex are all-around healthier and happier than those who don’t. “Having sex in the morning releases the feel-good chemical oxytocin, which makes couples feel loving and bonded all day long,” says Debby Herbenick, Ph.D., author of Because It Feels Good.
